CORE Performance - Level 3

Put your core engagement to the test. You will maintain engaged alignment and stability during initiation of movement. Tap into subtle sensations and solidify engaged response as needed under imposed demand. This transitional training is imperative to avoid power leaks and instability that otherwise transfers into compensatory patterns and results in pain. Mastering this transitional phase between inaction and action is the missing link unique to MISSYCORE.

CORE EXECUTION - Level 2

In this step, you will apply the core response principles to develop a healthy core reflex. You must practice your newly developed core reflex to lock in the core response when you spontaneously laugh, sneeze, or cough. This is a vital piece of training that will aide in eliminating incontinence and normalize pelvic floor function.

CORE REFLEX - Level 1

Practice using your core powerhouse to perform functional movements that make up everyday life. Analyze your ability to remain engaged and identify any power leaks as you power up and move. Repattern and retrain as needed to further ingrain habitual core response and muscle regulation throughout your core canister. Eliminate compensations and pain by powering up your core so you no longer need to clench your jaw, stress your back, tense your neck, or grip your toes.

CORE Power - LEVEL 3

This pillar will teach you a gathering of engagement rather than a pinching or squeezing muscle contraction. The sequential core response will be further strengthened by engaging your 5 power points at a deeper level while maintaining neutral alignment. You will learn the core engaged breath technique which will help knit together your core response preparing you for movement. Introduction of bonus tool to level up your core training results.

CORE ENGAGEMENT - LEVEL 2

Learn how to identify, isolate, and sequentially activate the 5 core power points to eliminate power leaks and avoid compensations. Repattern faulty core reaction into an effective core response while maintaining postural alignment.
