MISSYCORE may at any time revise these Terms and Conditions by updating this posting. You are bound by any such revisions and should therefore periodically visit this page to review the then current Terms and Conditions to which you are bound.

MEMBERSHIP SECURITY

No Sharing

Registered Users (or "Members") of MISSYCORE may not share, give or sell their password or username to any other person or company. Excessive viewings or logins by any member will be construed by MISSYCORE as fraudulent use of services, which will result in the immediate cancelation of membership without refund. When inputting your information for registration you agree to take all actions possible to protect your username and password from fraudulent use.

Fraudulent Use

MISSYCORE reserves the right to cancel any membership it believes has been compromised, or is being used fraudulently, at our own discretion.

AT HOME PROGRAM MEMBERSHIP

MISSYCORE Core Training Program is paid in full at the time of purchase in order to access the course. Customer is granted “lifetime access” including any updates and/or modifications to the original program purchased. Upon receipt of payment, customer will receive instructions via email how to create an account to access the program. In addition, customer is instructed to confirm preferred shipping address to receive the device included with purchase. An email invitation for the customer to join the MISSYCORE Slack community will be sent to the same email used during purchase.

All membership fees are charged in USD currency. Depending upon your credit card's currency and the country in which your card was issued, your credit card provider may impose foreign exchange fees and other fees which are in accordance with your arrangements with that credit card provider.
RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

Purchase of MISSYCORE Core Training Program Online Videos & Courses is non-refundable. Viewing video material on the site requires broadband access. Please be sure to test your system's ability to play video prior making a purchase.

REPLAY AND ACCESS OF ONLINE VIDEOS AND COURSES

All Online Videos are Streaming only and are not downloadable. Online Videos that have been purchased are accessible in your online Dashboard. Any online video that has "lifetime access" is accessible for the lifetime of the MISSYCORE website. Should the MISSYCORE Website cease to exist under current ownership or transfer of ownership, an online video with "lifetime access" may no longer be available.

REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY - LIVE TRAININGS & COACHING SESSIONS

Payment in full is required to register for live trainings and/or schedule coaching sessions. MISSYCORE has a strict cancellation policy. The customer is not allowed to cancel registration for training or coaching. No refund will be provided for a customer who does not attend a training or coaching session. A full refund will be given if the training or coaching session is cancelled by MISSYCORE.

Severability

If any portion of this agreement between MISSYCORE and you is held to be invalid, the remainder of this agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

Successors and Assigns

This agreement between MISSYCORE and you is binding on you and your heirs, executors, administrators and personal representatives. This agreement between MISSYCORE and you is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state of New Jersey, United States of America. You attorn irrevocable and unconditionally to the jurisdiction of the courts of the State of New Jersey in the United States of America, in respect of any action or proceeding commenced in respect of this Agreement.
