I’m a 50 year old mother of four teens resulting in diastasis recti, triple hernia, lower back pain, and pelvic floor dysfunction. I’ve graduated to menopause having lived through puberty, multiple miscarriages, c section, perimenopause, and invasive abdominal surgery… all of which contributed to a bulging belly, weak core, incontinence, and disconnect from my body.
