Aside from multiple pregnancies, births, and miscarriages, I had abdominal surgery in 2013 that destroyed my core . All the traditional exercises I learned as a personal trainer, yoga teacher, pilates/barre instructor caused more core issues – back pain, incontinence, and bulging belly.
I missed my hourglass figure.
I wanted a smaller waist.
I wanted to button my pants.
I have been on a mission to HEAL my core ever since. I refuse to throw in the towel. I even designed an exercise tool called AB-EZE which helped strengthen and sculpt my stomach.
