Assess Behaviors

Sometimes our behaviors have an adverse outcome. For example, if you take antacids because you have reflux, it may cause you to have more reflux. So you are getting the exact opposite outcome then you had intended.

If you are working out, performing abdominal exercises, or doing core work without a properly trained core response then you are actually getting the exact opposite outcomes you had hoped for. All of your effort will embed compensatory patterns locking in pain and cause your belly to be firm snd protruded.

Stop being loyal to your behaviors and start listening to your body. Stop attributing pain and body shape to genetics and start understanding why and how your body works. Stop wasting your time and start investing in methods that support your desired outcomes.
